Marion Zimmer Bradley

I was just wondering if there is anyone else out there who finds that her stories of Avalon just have the most "right" feeling to them? I have been interested in Avalon for many years along with all other aspects of worship for the Goddess. Would like to hear any/all opinions.

I have to agree with you....I try to read 'Mists of Avalon' at least once a year---and I still get new things from the book each time!! 'Mists of Avalon' has the most RIGHT feeling to it....I've read other books in this regard and they fail horribly by comparison.

I also try to to read about once per year. BTW, what did you think of the mini-series? I personally was not impressed.

no comparison at all....it was just nice reading more--there were characters that I absolutely loved so it was nice to continue on with that--like I didn't want to give them up yet, you know.....but otherwise, not THAT impressive!
